14-Day Right to Cancel
For ready-made works from the gallery you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Just let us know at info@artbykubra.com or through the message channel on this site. We provide the return address once you send your cancellation notice.
- Send us your cancellation notice within 14 days of delivery.
- Return the work within 14 days of that notice, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is at your cost; once the work reaches us, your payment is refunded in full within 14 days.
Commissioned Works
Works made to your own specification (a portrait from your photo, a piece sized to your wall, a custom composition) are excluded from the right to cancel, since they are made for you alone and cannot be resold. For these we always work through a sketch-and-approval stage before painting begins.
If Your Painting Arrives Damaged
- If the parcel shows visible damage on delivery, have the courier record the damage before accepting it.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the outer box and the artwork.
- Every shipment is insured — we open and manage the damage claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Resolution
Once you notify us we open a damage file and run the insurance process with the carrier. Depending on the case, the resolution is a repair, a remake of the work, or a refund — and we keep you informed by email throughout.
