All works offered for sale are 100% hand-painted, original oil paintings. Each piece is unique; minor variations between the photographs shown on the site and the delivered work are inherent to handmade art. Screen colours may differ slightly from real colours.
Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through the website or by sending us a purchase request via our contact channels. Payment is made using the secure payment methods offered at the time of ordering; an order becomes binding once payment is confirmed. For bespoke commissions, work begins after payment.

Returns & Damage Policy
For ready-made works from the gallery you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; return the piece undamaged in its original packaging and your payment is refunded in full (return shipping is at your cost). Works commissioned to your own specification are excluded from this right. If your painting arrives damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs — every shipment is insured, we manage the claim with the carrier, and a resolution (repair, remake or refund) is guaranteed by us. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights under the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
