Hand-Painted Running Horse Oil Painting: Abstract Autumn Forest Art
Hand-painted white horse oil painting on canvas: a running horse in textured strokes against swirling autumn colors. Framed horse wall art in four sizes.
About this work
A white horse breaks into a full gallop, mane and tail streaming in the wind, as a whirl of autumn color rises around it. This hand-painted oil painting on canvas captures the power and freedom of a running horse in thick, textured strokes: ivory and warm grey paint sculpts the horse's body, while golden ochre, amber, burnt orange and soft violet break into abstract autumn leaves behind it. The palette-knife-style texture catches the light and gives the surface real depth, something a print can't reproduce. Choose from four sizes, from 75x50 cm (30x20 in) up to a statement 120x90 cm (47x35 in), finished in your choice of a black, gold or natural wood frame. Each canvas is painted individually by hand, so brushstrokes and color placement vary slightly from the photos and no two pieces are exactly alike. A striking focal point above a sofa, bed or fireplace, and a memorable gift for horse lovers, riders and equestrian-themed homes.
